  • TECHNICAL GUIDELINES

    • 1. When you log in, the session will stay active for ONLY 20 minutes. You must finish the booking in this time period, otherwise the session will expire.
    • 2. While booking your tickets, please be clear and definite at all steps and DO NOT press the back button on the browser. This can result in your session getting expired.
    • 3. Once your booking is confirmed, make sure you download & print your E-Ticket.
    • 4. You can book tickets for maximum 05 passengers only, against one user ID, one IP Address, one e-mail address, one mobile number, one ID proof and one credit/debit card in a span of 30 days.
    • 5. Tickets can only be cancelled after 24 hours has elapsed from the time of booking. Online Cancellations are not allowed after 4pm, one day prior to travel date. At that point you must send cancellation request by email to bookings@himalayanheli.com
    • 6. Only Visa/Mastercard based credit/debit cards, Rupay cards and Amaerican Express cards are accepted for online payments. Mobile wallets, net banking, etc. are not accepted.
    • 7. Same day return passengers will be ferried maximum till 01:00 pm, and all Next day return passengers are ferried post 01:00 pm.
    • 8. Reporting time is issued to all passengers one day before the respective travel date. Passengers are required to contact our crew for obtaining their reporting time, at the mobile numbers provided on their tickets.
    • 9. Children below two years of age travel free of cost.
    • 10. Only PAN/Aadhar card are accepted for travelling. Only for foreign nationals, passport numbers will be accepted
    • 11. Children without an Aadhar card can travel on the ID of their parents. However, same ID proof can not be used for the parents, as the booking system will not accept the same ID more than once.
    • 12. Compulsory health check-up and Biometric registration will be required for all passengers during Kedarnath yatra while travelling with us, if made mandatory by UCADA or any authorised government authority. Passengers are advised to verify the same, before commencing the yatra
    • 13. Tickets once booked, can not be changed in any way. Changing the Ticket Type, passenger names, etc are not permitted.
    • 14. To update any passenger’s ID number, gender, age, contact number or address, kindly mail us at bookings@himalayanheli.com along with your tickets attached.
    • 15. To cancel your tickets, kindly go to the Booking History of your account and cancel your tickets directly there. Tickets are not manually cancelled by us, unless it is a bad weather/technical reason cancellation.
    • 16. In case of bad weather/force majeure cancellation, passengers are required to email their ‘cancelled flight’ stamped tickets to us at bookings@himalayanheli.com, so that we can initiate the refund against the same.
    • 17. IRefunds against cancelled tickets, are automatically credited in the respective bank accounts of the passengers, which was used at the time of booking, within 07-15 working days.
  • BOOKING PROCEDURE

    • 1. Search flight: Choosing your desired travel date, number of passengers and preferred time slot.
    • 2. Login: If an already registered user, just fill the User ID & password and proceed. New users are required to register themselves on our website.
    • 3. Fill Booking Details: Fill in the complete passenger details: Name, Age, Weight, Gender & ID details.
    • 4. Accept T&C: Kindly verify all the details of the passengers in the booking form, and then proceed on to accepting the term & condition mentioned.
    • 5. Payment: Proceed on to the payment gateway and make the online payment by a Debit/Credit card.
    • 5. Download: After successful payment, your booking will be confirmed. You may download your tickets from your registered email address’ inbox or from your booking history.
  • Bad Weather Disclaimer

    • Flying in hills is subject to weather conditions. For our shuttle services operations, we would like to bring to the kind attention of our passengers, that cancellations and other inconveniences due to weather is very much likely, since weather is extremely unpredictable in the hills. Therefore, guests should come prepared to face the eventualities in case of weather problems.
    • In case of bad weather or any technical snag flights get cancelled, passengers’ tickets will be cancelled with full refund for the cancelled sector(s), and the ticket will not be revalidated for next day.
    • Where bad weather, technical snags or any force majeure reason beyond Himalayan Heli Services’ control results in the cancellation of your flight being delayed or cancelled, Himalayan Heli Services will not be liable in any way for the cancelled or delayed flight. However, full refund will be given forthe cancelled flight. Any kind of inconvenience caused because of cancellation of flights is beyond the control of the operator. No compensation, reimbursement or arrangement for accommodation, transportation, meals or any other travel expenses shall be offered in the event of cancellation of a flight.
