Terms And Conditions
• All packages are from Sahastradhara Helipad (Dehradun).
• Confirmation for any/all booking(s) shall only be given after receiving 100 % payment in
advance at least 10 days before the scheduled date of journey.
• Rates may change without prior information/notice, kindly confirm before booking.
• All packages are for charter service; 4 passengers can be seated, subject to maximum weight 325 kgs.
• VIP Darshan arrangement is included in all the packages.
• Packages with Night Halt ‘Do Not’ include night stay arrangements for the passengers. Passengers are
requested to kindly make their arrangements well in advance.
• The schedule in each Itinerary is estimated and may change due to several reasons beyond our control
(like, natural calamities, unfavourable weather for flying, VIP/VVIP movement, Army/Air force operations,
or any other unforeseen reason).
• Passengers are requested not to follow a strict plan as mentioned in the Itinerary and need to be
flexible during the entire trip/tour.
• The company holds the right to cancel or withdraw any booking due unavoidable reasons without mentioning.
Booking amount in FULL will be refunded in case any such situation arises.
Cancellations and Refunds
Following charges apply in case of cancellations:
• Ten days or above before the date of journey : - 10%
• Two days to Nine days before the date of journey : - 20%
• One day before the date of journey: - 50%
No refunds will be entertained if cancellation is done within twelve hours
from the
scheduled time of departure on the date of journey.
