Terms And Conditions
• Service Tax as per the prevailing rate on the day of travel.
• Over weight ( more than 90 Kgs. Per Person) charges Rs. 150 /Kg.
• 2 Hours time will be allotted for Same Day return Passengers for Darshan At Shri Kedarnath Ji.
• Advance Bookings will CLOSE FIVE DAYS PRIOR to the DATE of JOURNEY.
• Children Above 2 years of age will be provided with a Full seat.
• Passengers for same day return are advised to seek Priority Dharshan slip issued by Shree Kedarnath Ji Mandir Samiti
(available at Sersi Helipad). Charges for Priority Darshan may be verified from us ONE week before the date of start of yatra.
• Kindly refer Refund Policies for Cancellations and Refunds
• Reporting time shall not be confused with boarding time, Boarding will take place 2 hours after the reporting time,
subject to weather conditions.
• Passengers may carry only one piece of baggage weighing no more than 5 kilograms, any additional piece of baggage
cannot be carried.
• Passengers will be carried on the basis of following order of priority.
• In each of the following order senior citizen and women will be given priority over other passengers within
the specific order.
1. Passengers holding confirmed ticket, booked in advance, for current date.
2. Stranded passengers for cancelled flights holding tickets booked in advance.
3. Walk in passengers stranded from cancelled flights.
4. Walk-in passengers of current date.
• Where as effort will be made to accommodate passengers in their own group but this would NOT always be
possible as we need to make weight adjustment for preparation of passenger load, also seating capacity
being limited to 5.
• If flight is cancelled due to technical/ bad weather or other unforeseen reasons full refund of the
ticket would be accorded. No accommodation ,meals or cost of surface transport would be paid neither any
such cost would be reimbursed or compensated.
Cancellations and Refunds
Following charges apply in case of cancellations:
• Ten days or above before the date of journey : - 10%
• Two days to Nine days before the date of journey : - 20%
• One day before the date of journey: - 50%
No refunds will be entertained if cancellation is done within twelve hours
from the
scheduled time of departure on the date of journey.
