Cancellation Policy
Following charges apply in case of cancellations:
• Ten days or above before the date of journey : - 10%
• Two days to Nine days before the date of journey : - 20%
• One day before the date of journey: - 50%
No refunds will be entertained if cancellation is done within twelve hours from the scheduled time of departure on the date of journey

Overweight Passenger
A check on passenger weight is safety requirement under rule smaller
the aircraft more sensitive the weight and balance become.

Reporting Time
Reporting time is not to be confused with boarding time,
Boarding will take place upto 1 hours after the reporting time.

Hand Baggage
No luggage is allowed, passenger may carry reasonable amount of warm clothes and
Pooja material.

Carriage Act
During the course of carriage by air the liability of the company for
damage sustained in the event of death or wounding of a passenger or
any other bodily injury suffered by passenger will be governed by the
provisions of sections 4,5,6 and the rules contained in the second schedule
of carriage by Air Act 1972 with certain exceptions, adaptations, modifications,
etc. as notified in the Govt. of India, Ministry of Civil Aviation
Notification and as amended from time to time.

No Accommodation or Meals
No accommodations or meals are offered to passengers of a cancelled flight.
Whether conditions play an important role in flight operation there also
can be a technical snag because of which flight may not operate. If flight
is cancelled full refund of the ticket would be offered. No accommodation,
meals or cost of surface transport would be paid neither any such cost
would be reimbursed or compensated.

The Order of Priority
Passengers will be carried on the basis of following order of priority:
In each of the following order senior citizen and women will be given priority
over other passengers within the specific order, so to say only after having
carried the last male passengers from order-1 will the senior citizen and women
from order -2 shall be offered a seat.
1. Passengers holding confirmed ticket, booked in advance, for
current date.
2. Stranded passengers for cancelled flights holding tickets
booked in advance.
3. Walk in passengers stranded from cancelled flights, still
wish to take the flight.
4. Walk-in passengers of current date.
Passenger grouping
Where as effort will be made to accommodate passengers in their own group but
this NOT always possible as we need to make weight adjustment in preparing of
passenger load or accommodate priority seats.
Two priority list are drawn:
1. Passengers holding confirmed tickets are carried first.
2. A Wait list is prepared and carried per serial number order subject to
availability of seats. Women and senior citizens are offered priority over
others.
